Please make sure your items are properly packaged when being returned. If you are returning glass bottles, please wrap them in bubble wrap or make sure they are properly insulated so they don’t break. Refunds will not be issued for broken bottles.
To protect ourselves from fraud, this is only valid on first time purchases within 30 days of purchase and does not pertain to third-party items. Please also note that we do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.

All items are typically dispatched within 24 hours from the order being placed – and depending on your location, delivery times may vary. Orders will not be dispatched on public holidays or weekends – these orders will be sent out within the next 1-2 business days.
We expect all items to arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event your items don’t reach you in perfect condition please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange immediate replacement and return of the damaged goods.
